Having worked both PRN and full-time schedules, I've seen firsthand the value of flexible, as-needed support, especially when workloads ebb and flow. My goal is to step in when things get heavy, helping your team stay productive and your clients well cared for.
I also enjoy helping business owners improve their workflows. I approach every client interaction the way I'd want to be treated, and I've found that smoother processes make for a better experience, both for staff and for clients.
